Payment and delivery

We accept all major Canadian credit cards in addition to Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We ship every order using Purolator Express.

The shipping is free no matter which phone you purchase from us.

Orders placed before 3PM (ET) get shipped out the same day.

Shipping times are 1 day for Quebec and Ontario and 2 days for the rest of Canada.

We do not ship outside of Canada.

All our sales are taxable.

Sales taxes rates are calculated depending on the province in which the order is placed.

Warranty and service

All our phones are covered under a 90-Days warranty that covers everything but physical and/or water damage. As long as there is no such damage, we will repair or replace the device at no cost. As an example, a malfunctioning button is eligible for repair/replacement; a broken screen is not.

We believe in a hassle-free experience. Shipping is always on us, no matter what.

There is a 30-days exchange policy. If you don’t like your device, simply contact us and we will help you exchange it for free. You can also upgrade for a more expensive phone if you pay the difference.

All our sales are final, no refunds are offered.

Our repair center is directly within our facility and every technician goes through an advanced training.

All our repairs are made using original or equivalent parts.

Devices are repaired and shipped back to you on a same-day basis.

We understand the importance of a strong, long-lasting battery. You do not have to suffer from poor battery life because you made the great decision to purchase a used device.

Our battery condition policy is clear: no less than 86% of battery life, and no more than 400 charging cycles. We replace every battery that does not meet those specifications.

Our grading scale only applies to the physical condition of the devices. Every phone goes through the same testing processes and works flawlessly.

Since we process a lot of phones, we use PhoneCheck, the most professional and complete testing solution. A technician is using the software to test every single functionality of every phone. Then, devices get the repairs they need, and go back for another testing to ensure everything works flawlessly. We believe that our testing process is the best on the market.
